About Dynamic Sanito Inc.
“How can we leverage our company’s strengths to maximize our contribution to society?” This was the first question that came to mind when I took over as CEO of our family’s 50-year-old sanitation services business. For me, the three keywords that summed up the services we offer were “Asia,” “Environmental Health” and “Food Safety.”
[Our core principles for the workplace]
Whilst the internet has a wealth of easily accessible information on management know-how, businesses are faced with a never-ending stream of challenges in the actual workplace: for example, maintaining staff motivation, or sustaining high hygiene standards against the backdrop of staff shortages. Our company is focused on the workplace and the factory floor. Our aim is to help our customers establish “Hygiene and Cleanliness” as a naturally embedded core principle of their workplace culture.
In our opinion, being passionate about improving the workplace is the key to solving hygiene issues. Our approach at Dynamic Sanito and HYSIA goes beyond textbook manuals and traditional consulting. We go onto the factory floor and into the workplace to understand our customers’ issues and concerns. We work together with them to find effective solutions.
[Global × Local]We don’t believe we can solve every problem on our own. By collaborating with trusted partners in every region, we offer a combination of world-class solutions and local level service. Each one of our teams undertakes shared training programs and site visits. They are actively engaged in daily communication whether via practical or through IT. Team members from various backgrounds interact with each other and work passionately to create a framework for sustainable long term growth. Our aim is to foster a mindset that is focused on positive growth initiatives, with our customers’ staff fully included in the conversation.
Crossborder considerations are increasingly important in the field of food safety.
On the domestic front, Japanese companies are dealing with issues such as greater pressure to adopt internaionally recognised food safety standards, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) becoming compulsary, and managing increasing number of foreign workers. On the other hand, many Japanese companies expanding overseas struggle to achieve their extremely high standards of quality control in the foreing environment. We offer solutions for both types of situations. Dynamic Sanito and HYSIA are committed to resolving these challenges. .
Please feel free to contact us regardless of whether you are in Japan or overseas
